Can anyone tell me about this Parapsychologist?

His name was Dr. Scott Rogo an American Parapsychologist who was murdered in the early 1990's. What I would like to know is, Did they ever catch the other killers involved?
I saw this on the T.V a couple of years back it was on Sightings with Tim White.Anyone know and help me with this?
