he said we could watch a few flicks and he could teach me the ropes about girls.
his hair is always gelled back and he always has a cigerette hangin off his lips.

last time at my appointment he had brian ferry music blasting out '' love is the drug'' and he was limbo dancing.
what action should i take, is this proffessional conduct?

Is he close to your age? If not, get another doctor.
He sounds sort of cool to me but I like odd ball people as long as they don't make you feel uncomfortable.
You have to trust your doctor, if you are freaked out by him for whatever reason, go to someone else.
I saw a therapist when I was 13 ( my parents said I was too much for them to handle, ect.) anyways on the 2nd or 3rd visit, he said to me joking,"How's your sex life." That really freaked me out and I never said another word to him and just told my parents he wasn't helping me.I was a shy childish sort of girl and he scared me to death.I couldn't even tell my parents what he said because it was too weird.

Report the freak to the American Medical Association.

And don't go back. The only "therapy" you'll get from him is likely to end up with you as a statistic.
