Don't bother with books.
Go to www.w3schools.com.
Learn the basics of HTML, do the exercises.
Then, learn a bit of Javascript
Then, PhP
Then, MyQSL
Then, AJAX
And you have ALL the programming knowledge you may need!
Don't bother with Dreamweaver or ANY other "web editors": they make CRAP code you will not understand.
Use Notepad to write your code, and a simple FTP program to upload your website to the server.
Check your site ON-LINE, using IE7, Firefox and Opera (the 3 major browsers).
Good luck!

Learn them in whatever order suits your needs, and your learning style. It'll never be a case of "ok first learn PHP... ok done, now I'll learn..." because at the end of the day you can never learn everything about a subject. I would recommend learning them as you encounter them, and keep brushing up your skills on all of them all the time.

There are also tutorials to be found on YouTube. Just go to YouTube.com and search for what you are looking for, such as PHP and tutorial.
