There are many other things going on in the world all we need do is to turn the TV off. Say a prayer for the safe return of the missing children. My heart goes out to any parents that have no report on their missing children. It must be a very difficult time for them. All we need to do is change the channel of turn it of, it does get too much to watch the repeated reports.

Barbie just think if it is Madeleine and I hope it is that once she is found it will the first day of the rest of her life same as it will be for all of us.
As we have come thus far it would all too cruel to walk away from this case after all the sniping and innuendo that has gone on over the past five months on here.
No you have to stick it out to the end now Barbie but we must not let it rule our lives as there are other things happening in this world. Burmese Monks being tortured for starters

Yes absolutely! Lots happening where i live. road works mean we have a temporary traffic light in the village (Don't usually have one) So we have traffic jams (6 cars waiting at a time to go pass) Then farmer's market yesterday saw a bull escape and run wild near the cattle mart. Farmer finally got him! And if this wasn't enough ... One of the village children finally got home this morning. She had spent the first five months of her life in a baby unit in a Dublin hospital, originally her parents were told not to raise their hopes too high. She made it and we're all delighted for her and parents. These would make boring reading for anyone else but to us, in our local community! They are big news. I'll add that we still all pray for little Maddie's safe return.

You know what, I sincerely hope this is a real lead and that Maddie's found and that at last we could have some good things to talk about. I hold my hand up, I've been as much a sceptic as anyone about this saga, but the fact is that this could be something positive and if she's found, I'll be one of the first to shed a tear... and immediately write good stuff about the McCanns. She's a little girl who could currently be without her mommy and daddy, perhaps even being abused... here's hoping?

This is just a start to leave the subject...
Oh and that's why the Portuguese people mainly the ones who helped the McCanns are so mad with them, check how many children are there and tell me that in Portugal that happens lots of times...
Fact:
Missing children in 1 year in the UK is the same number as missing children in 1century in Portugal (Scotland Yard Nos).

There's lots of other things going on in the world. Right now the military in Burma are teargassing and beating Buddhist monks and their supports who are protesting for democracy.

You're watching too much CNN. CNN is not a news channel anymore -- they fixate on a few stories (usually involving celebrities) and ignore everything else.
