In exactly how much trouble am I ?

Question

I skipped three days of classes in a row, to go shopping, smoking and chatting on the net. Should I come clean or keep it up until Im called to the principles office?

If you have to ask that question, you already know the answer. Are you a man or a woman or a silly little school boy/girl?

What was so important about chatting on the net/shopping? Who is paying for those items.

Be mature--tell the truth and take the punishment.

That's completely your call. You must have a conscience. Doesn't it tell you that what you are doing is wrong???
Your reputation in school starts out with the outcome of how well you will do in life. In the BIG picture, after you graduate, would you rather flip hamburgs at McD's, or do well in school and either go on to college to make something of yourself.... and if college is not in your thoughts, at least take a trade subject at BOCES. In school, it's FREE, but after you graduate, you will have to pay.
If you can stop smoking now, DO IT. You will get so hooked that you will NEVER be able to quit. I thought everything that you are doing was "COOL" when I was a teen, and now I absolutely regret it. I am now 48 (yea, an old fart), and it took me years and years to struggle to get the experience it took for me to finally get a good paying job and find the happiness I so long waited for.
You can do it now. Make plans to keep the rest of the year your best year. You will not only be proud of yourself, but you will gain a sense of pride and your self-esteem will show higher to those who choose to lose.
I always told my 2 girls when they started school every year ... "You actually start out with 100% in every subject, do your very best to keep it as close to that as you can".
Come clean with yourself and go talk to your guidance councelor. You will be surprised of how he/she will work with you to turn it around so you won't get into trouble.
You don't want to get into trouble so early in the school year. You will have nothing but problems, and it will affect your home life as well, because your parents will soon be notified.

Don't be foolish! So far, so good; you haven't been caught. Get right back to school asap. And don't try this again. You don't need the principal to tell you how wrong that was - you already know. And now you have to catch up to the class. Git' you hinny back to where you are supposed to be! Don't self destruct. And if what you wrote is a joke, it's a sick joke. Good luck with your education!

Not in that much trouble but I'd come clean, cop it and don't smoke (I've been a smoker for 30 odd years on and off and if I'd invested that I could have turned it into a million easily!)

I did the same thing and then they sent a letter to my parents saying that i missed alot of day and that i had to go to Saturday school which i didn't but anyways you should just go to class i know it sucks but you can always shop and smoke later

might want to correctly be both. If for instance you're planning to rob a liquor keep...that smells putrid. in case you're planning to go back over to my position with some whipped cream and hand cuffs...that smells pleasant.
