just check all of them one by one to make sure u can delete it. For the future organize yourself better to keep all your documents in one place to avoid stupid problems like this

Considering the size of hard drives today, you're not getting anywhere by deleting them. Most are only a couple KB of info when your hard drive is measured in gigabytes (1,000,000 kb)

txt files?
These are ones you may have created in Notepad or Wordpad or even Word etc.
They are also often files which contain information for programs like Readmes - they are not often used for running processes.
But are you sure it isn't .tmp files you are meaning to delete?

I believe you can break Windows that way. If you go ahead and do that, please let us know how it worked out.
