Could be getting caused by infection but the only way to know for sure what is going on is to have this evaluated by your doctor to see what they say.

Definitely see a doctor, don't be afraid, and don't be embarrased to ask questions. Two periods per month is not normal, You should not have pain after sex, or during sex. None of that sounds right. Please see a doctor.

In my opinion, Go see your doctor...to rule out anything out of order. Then he or she can suggest other things that might help you. Good luck. It's always best to be safe than sorry.
