Ok check it out, for the past two days I have been dealing with some facial issues. Lately when I raise my eyebrows, or give a facial expression my face actually tenses up so bad (almost like a muscle cramp) freezes, then slowly goes back to normal. Sounds crazy I know! I'v tried everything....Hot shower, massaging, relaxing...... what gives? If I tell this to my doctor she is really going to send me to the looney bin! (This is not on just one side of my face.) I guess Mom was right.....keep making that face and it will stay like that.

If anyone has any info please let me know. Also. . . which doctor do I need to see?

Thanks!

Stress can make one tense, but I would really recommend seeing your doctor about this because this could be symptoms of a medical problem. If the doctor doesn't take you seriously then get another doctor to evaluate the situation to see what they think is going on.

Actually, there is a thing called Bell's Palsy that sometimes affects people. My boss had it and it was really annoying and for her, embarrassing for a while because she actually had a bit of paralysis with it. Believe its caused by stress.

You should talk to your doctor. They might be able to help before it gets worse. Your family doctor should do.
