Last time i asked what is it like to die. No one really knew. So Now I try the opposite . thank you.

Each day is refreshing. Some can be difficult to get up to, like when a person has a 9:30 a.m. appointment for a two and a half hour gig at the dentist's, but every day will have some refreshing moment or two... or more.
Living is, for me, to attempt to be in the present moment, sometimes also difficult. But I keep trying! and also I keep trying to continue forward motion... I've mentioned it all here before. I just try to keep putting one foot in front of the other, mentally speaking if not physical, and I find then that progress is made almost without my full awareness!
I think life is good, I like it. There is the past to learn from and then let go of... there is the gift of the present as the old saying goes... and there is the future, an unknown. That's pretty interesting right there, huh?

It's like you spent 2/3 of the time trying to figure out what happen to the 1/3 of the time you lost while asleep.

Having appreciation for the gifts you have all around you (and I do not mean material gifts). Knowing when something is wrong and trying to make a difference somehow. Helping people when you can and learning from your mistakes so you can move on to the next level. Life is a gift and even in the worst times-there is something for us to learn and grow from.
