Printer is HP LAser Jet M1005. The name of document that is always pending is "Remote Downlevel Doucumet" from Guest Comp. I have even reinstalled the Printer but as soon I give print command it comes automatically and hinder the printing of other documents from any of the computer. Please help me on this.

Is the printer connected directly to the lan on a jet direct card?
If so get the IP address from the printer config page.
On your PC, click start and type cmd in the box then enter.
In the dos box type ping 123.456.789.12 substituting printer IP address, do not enter any leading zeroes ie 12. not 012.
You should get a positive response ie not timed out.
If it times out revisit your setup and network connections.
When all ok, goto add a new printer,local, create new port, select std TCP/IP from drop down menu, next. fill in IP address where invited, system will search for printer and find it. Carry on as per cabled printer, don't forget to set default paper sizes in at least 2 locations.
It is worth setting on the printer option "auto convert between letter and A4" for when someone sends you an email on letter size document. Hp manual will help if you cannot find it.
If the printer is attached to another PC on the lan then make sure it is shared (a hand under the printer logo), note its share name (rt click printer,options,share) and the name of the PC (Rt click my computer,options,computer name).
Then add as a network printer using \\host computer name\printer share name, etc etc.

Probably you have installed it in wrong way. A LAN printer can not be installed in a LAN PC. You have to add it in the 'ADD Printer' wizard from Start Menu>Settings> Printers. In the wizard select network printer and add the name of Printer. It should be like \\xxxxxxxxx\zzzzzzzz where xxxxxxxxxx is the computer name\server name to which the printer is attached and zzzzzzzz is the printer name ( given by network admin). It will be added to your 'Printers' window at control panel.
If it is a standalone printer, then consult the installation document that came with the printer to install it properly.

The print activity is caught in the queue. It happens, whenevr u attempt to print without papers or cartridges.. Step a million : do away with the USB cable from the laptop end and the restart your laptop. or Step2: click start up --> Run. In RUN type, centers.msc. you will get centers window. decide for Print Spooler. Make a precise click on print spooler and click stop. Then restart your laptop. or Step3: Uninstall and then reinstall the printer motive force.
