Hi ,
killed most people.
Krakatau during the eruption of 1883, when 36,000 people died .
The largest.
The largest volcano on earth is Mauna Loa on Hawai'i Big Island. It is a massive shieldvolcano constructed by countless lava flows. When measured from the base to the top, the pile of lavas measures more than 17,000 m (56,000 ft)!
When measured from the sea floor, Mauna Loa's height is still more than 9,000 m, thus it is also the highest mountain on earth. Mauna Loa in fact is so heavy, that its weight has bent the oceanic crust under the volcano several kilometers downwards into the mantle.
Mauna Loa is one of the Earth's most active volcanoes, with 33 well-documented eruptions in historic times since 1843. Its last eruption was in 1984 and since 2004, Mauna Loa is showing increasing signs of a possible awakening in a not-too-distant future.
The smallest.
The smallest volcano in the world can be found in Cholula. It is about the size of a two story house.
The one that errupts most frequently.
Kilauea (in Hawaii) is generally regarded as the world's most active volcano. It has been in a near-continuous eruption since 1983.
The oldest.
There is no oldest volcano. The oldest rocks on planet Earth, found in West Greenland and western Australia, are volcanic rocks that formed at the bottom of the ocean 3.8 billion years ago. Early the our planet's history, volcanism was very intense and widespread . . . and so there is no oldest volcano

Mauna Loa is the largest volcano on our planet.
Taal Volcano, a 406-meter-high crater, is said to be the world's smallest volcano.
The oldest volcano is probably Etna. Keep in mind that no volcano can truly be the oldest since all the rocks on the earth have been around since the same time.
Kilauea volcano on Hawaii is the world's most active volcano, followed by Etna in Italy

Some suggestions so you can get the answers you are looking for:
For most of these, active, dormant, or extinct?
For smallest: the smallest are not and never will be named - do you mean the smallest named volcanos?
Unfortunetely, it won't be me that gives you the answers but with just a little more detail, you might get some takers. Not being a smart butt here; just trying to help.

Tambora volcano ( Indonesia, 1815) actually killed the most people (> 80,000) both from direct harzards and due to the post-eruption starvation from ash fall, affecting local crops to global temperature reduction that led to the "year without summer" when crop-killing freezes cam in July.

Umm.
There are several so called "super volcanoes" across the globe, I know of only one specifically and it happens to incorperate most of Yellowstone park, the Caldera being so massive that you have to fly over it to see it all.
