Try and keep your mind occupied with something else, keep yourself busy. Idle minds have a way of dwelling on the worst. Example: Having bad thoughts when you lie awake in bed at night, but not really at work or school when you are trying to solve a difficult problem. Since I've gone back to school while having a full-time job, my mind doesn't really have time to dwell on those horrible "what-ifs".

Try the power of positive thinking.There is a book by that title written by Norman Vincent Peale.It's a wonderful concept and a great book.

Whose?. Personally i dont think about anything i cant do anything about,it eats you alive, so dont let it. As for other thoughts ,? take yourself to your good place.. if you dont have one nows the time to make one Be Happy x This aint a rehersal hun xx

last night I was thinking about dead people...and I started thinking about birds...yes birds =/..it was the first thing that popped in my head cause i was panicking. but then everytime my head started flicking back to the bad memories I kept thinking about this ostrich =/ and then eventually I made myself think of a bird...lol i sound REALLY crazy right now..but it worked :|
