know something bad is going to happen to you, or they know your not going to make it in life, they know you won't pull through your tough times?

i feel i experience this alot and i find it very depressing and i find it hard to ignore.

almost like the way people would look at a cancer patient, trying to be strong for him/her, telling them that they'll pull through....but really theres sadness evident in their eyes, because they know deep down the cancer victim won't make it.

i feel people look upon me like this to alot. iam 30 with bpd that ive been battling with for a long time, and i dont want to be looked on in this way, treated as different from everybody.

maybe their just sympathizing with my traumatic life, but it makes me feel weird, unusual and different, different from the rest.

If people don't know you, chances are you are letting your imagination run wild and you are just thinking this about them..give them a break..and if they are looking at you like that, just ask them if they know you, and is something wrong?...you might look sad to them, and they are just trying to be empathetic with you....you shouldn't be so harsh on those trying to show you they care...

I call them on it.

Dependant upon the people and circumstances, I may not be civil with them either.

I do not talk about others behind their back and will not tolerate it being done to me.

The "Well that's not what I heard" crowd are on my perpetual Sh*t List.

There is such a thing as using tact, but it shows how little respect towards someone and their intelligence if conversations suddenly become whispers upon entering the room.

Then again, I was trained to fight and fight to win.
