here's how to do it:
To use lemon balm as a tea it should be dried first. To dry lemon balm you should pick the leaves in the middle of the day after the dew has dried. Then you can put them on a screen in a laver and let them dry in a warm room for a week. After they are dry you ca store them in an airtight container so you can have lemon balm tea all year long. Lemon balm tea has soothing qualities. To make lemon balm tea take a teaspoon of dried lemon balm and add it to a cup of hot water. Let it steep for ten minutes and then strain the tea to get the lemon balm out. Then you have a good cup of lemon balm tea to calm your nerves.
Good luck!!!

exactly what glorious angel said. Also, grow yarrow (green tea) mints, camomile, and the BEST relaxant-catnip. Use that sparingly though it puts me to sleep. Happy tea-time
