He's not necessarily a bust. But Bush is too soft. He can move from right to left, but moving through a line of guys? NO!
Bush can work on it. But I doubt Bush will be earning the "Bulldozer" weapon on Madden anytime soon...
As a running back, Bush is overrated. At USC LenDale White rushed more yards and more touchdowns than Bush, and Bush got the Heisman... Last year, Deuce is the man in New Orleans, but Bush got all the hype.
Bush should change position to a tight end. Bush can only run screens and slants.

I think it's a bit of an overstatement to call him a bust, but Reggie hasn't figured out how to play intelligently yet. I've heard him say all this stuff about how he knows there's no shame in a 2 yard gain, but it's obvious from how he runs on the field that he doesn't really believe this, otherwise he'd spend a lot more time running north and south instead of trying (and usually failing) to bust every play outside for a big gain.

Well if you drafted him as a running back I think he will be a bust. I don't think he was drafted that way though. I think he was drafted as a playmaker. He isn't the feature back because he can't be at the moment. He is out there to make catches and run when the defense is more worn out. Basically he is out there trying to play his college game in the Pros, and by the end of the year he will learn that you can't if the Saints don't get a new RB.

well now that duece is out for the season with a torn ACL Reggie will be getting more starts so i guess we'll see then

Deuce is out for the season so Bush will have most if not all the carries from now on.
and i dont think he will have better season than last year.
