as an ALS survivor I give hope for many terminally ill people

Every little thing I do makes a huge difference. Just by breathing I am changing the CO2 in my environment. You don't have to do anything "big" to change the world. People who seek a huge impact usually impact the world negatively. Live and let live.

i dont think i do make a huge difference, but i try..
just small things like complimenting someone when their down may seem insignificant, but could really help someone when their down.
im the girl thats there for people when they need help, and will go out of my way to make them feel better.

Volunteer in assisting others at a large hospital and on the Internet at no cost, as I love helping people.

Well personally it's family (of course) but ... as a public service I am a volunteer emergency services (bushfire) two-way radio operator - and very good at it.

I work in health care. I help our residents while they are there to be as comfortable, happy and well taken care of as they can be and when they pass I help their families deal with the grief if they ask for it.
