There is nothing in a names intent, a persons notoriety makes a word evil.
Lucifer, for example means Morning star.
Name him dave. Or Bob. It doesn't matter, if he is truly evil then people will never again regard Bob as a good name.

A lot of creepy names begin with a "D" or "G". Damian is a good one, but cliche. Damien, Dregar, Grilden...it would help to know the theme/time period/culture in which your story takes place.

Kleblok, Nihilate, krow the obliviator, Eloq, Devil child - just use your imagination and it will come. Names don't have to be fancy, just written in the way you will tell its a baddie.
