I purchased a Roper with no coils on the back, so I am assuming that the area is on the bottom, please advise and thanx

Unpulug it and just spray it with water. Don't plug it back until it's dry. The coils are still in the back they are just hidden within the construction of the fridge.

Remove the kick panel in the front. Get some tubing from the hardware store to neck down your vacuum hose to a smaller size. That and a long handled brush and your good to go. I taped a brush to a long dowel. Worked great. It takes a bit of work laying on the floor but you can clean it.

it may have small coil there but the one on the back is inside.
compressed air works great.but a wisk broom will do in a pinch.

You can buy long handled stiff bristled coil brushes that work well

Yep ! On the bottom and you can usually get to it by removing the front kick panel.

Vacuum, soft bristle brush and possibly a small air can, like the type to blow off computer keyboards, but that can be a little dusty, try the first two first.
