I am going to New Zealand late November. And cannot wait!

What I want to do is cycle it from top of North Island down to bottom of North Island.
And the same again on the South Island.

Could someone tell me what the distances are approximately for the two islands?

Thanks

Depends how far up North - Auckland or right up the top Cape Reingi...... anyhow there is many distance calculators to chose from on the web to give you the km's.

The distance from Kaitaia to Wellington is 978 kilometers.

And for the South Island. Collingwood to Invercargill is 1088 kilometers.
