I think it depends on how a person dies too.
IMO, 75 and above and dies of organ failure can be considered died of old age.

But if an old person died of cancer, I don't think that can be considered as old age death.

It depends. People age at different rates. Once proteins cannot enter the bodys cells, and the body is unable to sustain operation due to lack of those essential nutrients, I guess it's fare to say you've died of old age.

People age because of their bodys cells not being able to take in proteins and other nutrients. Your cells undergo emotional abuse, and create sister and daughter cells with receptors that have less receptors for proteins, and nurtrients, and have more receptors that were created for the emotional chemicals of stress, anxiety, depression, happiness, love, etc. etc. That's why people get wrinkles as they get older. Elastin is a protein that keeps your skin wrinkle free. Over time, your cells being unable to take in as much of it, make you look more wrinkly.

So in essence, the more emotional abuse your cells take on, the faster your body ages. That's why it doesn't matter if you eat right at old age. Your bodys cells aren't even able to take in the nutrients and proteins from good foods. Anyways, got slightly off track. In general around age 55 is when your cells stop taking in proteins as much as they should.
