I was watching an old vampire movie, can't remember what it was called. I dreamt they were chasing me and ended up on the door outside my room. As soon as they kicked the door open, I woke up "wtf?"

Hello Novella,
I dream every night and most are very bizarre. I rarely remember them except for little snippets.
I used to have a nightmare virtually every night, also very bizarre.
Someone suggested I get and hang a 'Dreamcatcher' in my bedroom. I did this and it is now very rare that I have a nightmare.
A Dreamcatcher is supposed to filter your dreams and only allow the good ones through.
I don't know whether it is true or just psychological but it appears to work.
My wife used to have quite a few nightmares too and she has also stopped having so many.

I don't remember. At least once a week or so I wake up from a dream after 'falling' or something. It's weird. It's hot, though.
