since levi strauss left the city, what now occupies the old factory?
also, in that part of town, there is a park inhabited by parrots or cockatoos or some such bird. what is the name of that park?

Levi's corporate offices are still located in SF.
The exotic birds hang out at Telegraph Hill (a residential neighborhood).

The parrots are on telegraph hill, I'm not sure where the old Levi Strauss factory is, I know the old headquarters was at the Embarcadero center.
