Normally I glance to make sure no-one has yet given my answer - if they have I move on.

Same here I don't want to look like I have no mind of my own but just repeated someone from above.I'd rather just thumbs up that answer and move on unless it's something like where are you from or some such thing where the questioner wants to see how many of a certain place/thing is being used.

well if it's a poll & survey question, I assume that repetitive answers are requested, so I just answer. For the other categories I participate in, I might read the answers if there's not too many of them. If my answer's been give, I'll move on, unless I'm desperate for the 2 points, e.g. have the next level in sight!, but I'm a long way from the next level now.

Depends on the question. If it's something cut and dry then I will look to see if someone else already has the right answer. If it's something I feel strongly about then I just start typing and browse through some of the other answers afterward.

I just type what I think, but then I read the other answers, well not the long show off ones, but love to the point answers.

I as a rule will just answer the question as I am here. I do it this way as if it is a question or situation the person is in, then he/she may want to go with like a majority of the answer he/she gets.

Depends on the question. If my answer has been used, I either type in a different version of it to enhance its importance or just rate the already used answer (s).

I answer first. Then I read the other answers on the way up and thumbs up the ones I like. Good morning sweetie. ♥

I usually give my answer then read the others. Too bad if someone has already answered in the same way.

I just go ahead and answer the question. Then I look at the other answers. You've heard the saying, "great minds think alike."
