ok what would be wrong if a grown man that has never had a problem with peeing the bed al of a sudden wakes up in a pile of pee that he did with out knowing , is this a medical thing ?

It could be Diabetes he might want to think about going to the Dr. When my father was developing Diabetes that happened to him 2 times and it was while he had to much sugar. I hope this is not the reason but he might want to check it out.

Oh for crying out loud no. If this was happening on a regular basis, there would obviously be some type of bladder or kidney issue going on.
But once? No, he likely was in a deep sleep and maybe he dreamt he was going to the washroom. It happens, more often than people will admit to.
Just let it be.

He could be in a really deep sleep, could have had too much alcohol or could it be caused by medication. Weird that you would say a pile of pee (lmao)

Either a medical problem or just a dream where he was urinating.

If you're concerned about his health, look for other symptoms like dizzyness, tiredness, constant trips to the bathroom, etc.

no it happens once in a while, I had a dream I was Bill Cosby and I was peeing in the snow as I was waking up and I was really full of pee and I woke up with pee =p

Incontenance, bladder problem possibly. I am assuming this is not alcohol related. He should see his physician.
