hello there, for me the answer is simple :p
hardcore gamer use one hand to type while the other to hold mouse firmly
serious chatter use one hand to type while the other hand hold mc donald's double cheeseburger
graphic designer use one hand to type while the other hand use to draw
pathetic pervert use one hand to type while the other hand massaging *** :p
thats all..simple as that

I type one handed because in college I would hold my rough draft in on hand and type with the other. Plus, I type faster with one hand.

I type one handed because I have severe Arthritis in my right hand & it doesn't do much except move the mouse from time to time.
I learned how to adjust years ago.
Some of us can type faster with one hand than most can with two.
