Dont know if this number will be any use to you but the customer number we have for abbey is 08706000349, usually if you phone them first thing they are quite good at answering, the later you leave it the longer you tend to be on hold. Hope that helps.

Good luck - they all have generic answers and if you moan about the Q's in your branch they will simply say 'it is one of their more popular branches' and not that 'they do not have enough staff'!!!
