yes i weep every day my mom passed away last month and i go on answers to keep me occupied when i can't sleep

I liken "weeping" to "Is the glass half empty or is it half full?".Why do people only associate weeping with hurting or something painful? What about tears if "JOY".? Have we become so emotionally dead, that we don't experience "joy" or :pleasure any more?

When you experience pain long enough you turn kind of numb so IF you DO weep it's almost with a hardened heart if you KWIM.
