They are not the same!
To make love with someone is certainly different than having sex. Men have sex with prostitutes, do they love them? Remember, these are usually total strangers....chance encounters.

Animals also have sex, during the mating period....do you think they consider it love making? No. it's just a natural instinct. We however, were created to feel love and emotions.

We are human beings that are given this gift by God to be expressed within the marriage bond. It means that we commit ourselves to one person whom we love AND like, we are not animals, we possess self-control not governed by instinct.

I have to disagree with you. Sex can be sex if you leave the emotion out of it, and it can be really great sex. Just physical lust.

However, making love is sharing a physical, emotional, spiritual connection with someone you love and it is completely different. And it too can be amazing with the right person.

They are not the same thing. Maybe you think that making love is just slowing down. And that sex is hard core Fu(*^ng. You will feel the diffence when you find that some one worth making love to. Even though it might feel the same wat down there, Making love to the one you love takes your breath away. Its a feeling like no other,, Sex is just sex when it for fun.

well... i think making love is not the same as sex... it's far better than sex... because sex is satisfying a physical need... whereas making love is satisfying a physical, emotional, and spiritual need... with a special partner and not with anyone...

lol... love you all

Ummm...no they are not the same.
I've been in love, and made love, and it's wonderful emotionally as well as sexually.
It's more intense, and affectionate, you almost want to cry while you're in the moment because the sh!t feels so good throughout your body.

I knew right off the bat, but nowadays people have sex & they say it's not making love if they don't love each other.
