Well, I suppose that would depend on your concept of "devil worshipper". If you mean pagan, you're quite a bit off the mark with the whole devil thing. If you mean Satanist, you might want to look it up, (I don't remember all the satanist philosophies anymore) you can find all sorts of info online.
Out of curiousity, why do you ask?

Satanists are not devil worshippers. (Read The Satanic Bible by Anton LeVey). Devil worshipping is an offshoot of christianity and was begun by a group of disgruntled former christians as a rebellion agains church doctrine.

OK, I am going to get a lot of slack for this from people. But a true devil worshiper is an atheist. The first person to write about this stated that if you were to worship the devil you would simply live life as if there was no God, because that is what the devil wants. So all devil worshipers would be atheist, but not all atheist of course are devil worshipers.

Actually, a few I had the chance to speak to in my life were rather mild & average people. They simply said that it is the belief of selfishness. That one should enjoy life. take what they want, think of themselves first & foremost. They laughed at the hyped ideas that they have blood orgies/eat babies/kill, etc. etc. The one told me, "be selfish". I guess there can be just as many sects of Satanism as there are is Christianity, though.

Most of the recorded Satanist cults (and there may be some mild ones somewhere) inverted the rituals of the Catholic or Episcopalian churches to either create a Black Mass or to deface an existing or previous church. Usually they are calling on Satan to give them power, or in the milder forms to curse their enemies.
Note that this is sharply different from Paganism and Wicca which avoid curses that come back on the one who issues them.

They're worshiping a god just like any other. Doesn't necessarily mean they are wrong or mean. They just worship something different.
