Depends; if I am on my way to a business meeting and want to look half way normal, then I run.
But every chance I get to be in the rain for fun, I walk and enjoy the sensuality and beauty of it.

I love the rain, so I usually walk. You're right though, we haven't seen much of it lately here.

I dont walk or run. I stay inside and listen to the thunder (if there is any). I love a good thunderstorm.

i walk in the rain all that running is gonna get me is a fall and i don't use an umbrella either. i get wetter using one trying to open and close it and such
