U had better forget the charm. What if u get a female judge like Judge Judy, charm will land u in the slammer for sure.
Dress conservative, be respectful and hope for the best. In case u don`t know who Judge Judy is, she holds court on TV and has a tongue as stinging as a serpent.

Charming the judge isn't a good idea or else you end up in jail.
Charming the other sides attorney is the way to what you're thinking.

Don't try! Just wear something nice, answer their questions completely and respectfully and otherwise speak only when spoken to!
Respect for the Judge is key. It also helps if you're innocent of wrongdoing, or regret anything wrong that you may have done. But the Judge is there to weight the evidence and truth of the matter. Please don't try to woo them, it'll only hurt you.

You really have to give circumstances, but get represented by a lawyer because the judge slams it to you if you don't. If you don't do that I'd borrow a wheelchair and look depressed.

First of all, don't try to charm him - or her. They've seen it all before. Be honest and look them in the eye when they're speaking to you. Speak clearly and directly. Dress nicely, nothing low cut or revealing.

send flowers or candy from the other attorney. bribery is usually a bad idea and if the other attorney sends them then your in the judges good graces. lol
