Though not as well known perhaps as these other cats my favourite would have to be either Muta or Baron Von Gikkingen from the movie The Cat Returns.

Tom from Tom and Jerry, i thought that though Jerry always got the better of him he was a great cat. Second would be Top Cat the coolest cat on the planet.

Or, rather, the cat named Oliver. Y'know, in the Disney movie starring cats and dogs in the city.
Maybe even the cat in the Simpson's Itchy and Scratchy.
