When i press my pc "ON" botton. the power seems to work just for 1sec then gone.
normally the red pilot light behind my power supply will turn green. this time it will not light for a short moment then trun red again just when it cuts power to my pc.
any body can help??

Clear CMOS through the jumper or by removing the CMOS battery for 30 seconds. Reseat cpu fan connector. Try a bare minimum set up. Disconnect FDD, HDD or CD drive. Power on PC. It should beep once, display POST and you should be able to open BIOS menu. Observe the voltages in PC Health Status for any abnormalities or fluctuations. If PC stays ok for 30 minutes, the problem is on one of the devices that you detached.
If PC still does not turn on, observe if the cpu fan moved briefly when power was turned. If it did not even move, fan could be dead and preventing a startup (safety feature to protect cpu) or the power supply is dead (the +12V rail).

my guess is that your power supply has a short ciruit. i suggest you to replace the power supply.
