No it really isn't. The length of the vertebrae in your neck is fixed and can not change. It's not a good idea to do something with your neck, severe damage to your spinal cord could be the result.

I've seen advertisements that purport to make people taller, but most of them are hoaxes and dangerous. If you really wish to explore doing this, it would be a good idea to speak to your Physician first.

Some children are make taller by hormone therapy, but they have an hormonal imbalance whereby there body does not produce enough of the specific hormone.

However even hormone therapy can only go as far as a person's genetic makeup allows, it can't make them taller than they would have been if they were normal.

Yes, I believe I saw something on National Geographic about a tribe in Africa who gradually elongated their necks using rings that were added gradually. Surgically, no.

I wouldn't suggest attempting anything involving rope and a tree limb! You might gain a longer neck in exchange for a much shorter life! Good luck.

Anthony Spears... it's disturbing to me that you had these photos on hand...

Yea, go with the rings they seem to do the trick..

or try a rolling pin if you haven't attached it to the other parts yet.

Certain women in Thailand and Myanmar (Burma) stretch their necks using brass rings. They'll add one at a time until their necks become freakishly long.

Do like those tribal people do in africa, and add rings around it to stretch it out. Look in national geographic, they always have pictures of them. But once the rings are on and you stretch it out, I don't believe you can remove them.

Personally, I'd rather have a short neck because that looks mighty painful..
