hey there, I was wondering is there is anything you can do (that works) that can make you just as tight as you were before you had kids..
sex stills feels the same, but I think I would feel more confidant if I felt like I was how I was before.. thank you.

They now do vaginal reconstruction. I see it all the time on Dr. 90210. You pick how tight you want to be too. So if you say 14 they would make you as tight as the average 14 year old. Seriously.

But you could try the Kegel exercises. That's the muscle that stops you from peeing. And once you find it you can flex it without peeing. So if you don't know what it is next time you are peeing stop the flow and feel that muscle, then start, then stop until you understand which muscle it is. Good Luck

I also read somewhere that there was this spice/herb Alm or Alum? that when added to water and used as a douche temporarily tightened the vagina up. I was trying to find something about it on google and I did find some stuff but I am getting to tired and can barely see the screen so I gave up. But I just thought FYI.

that is plausible that vaginal tone decreases with age, because of the muscle groups getting weaker. There are muscle groups interior the pelvis pronounced as the "pelvic floor" which could be bolstered to advance vaginal tone. you're able to do an exercising pronounced as a "kegel" yet those are in many situations performed incorrectly. in case you have concerns a doctor or actual therapist could help.

Kegel exercises. Sit down on a chair, or on the toilet if you are afraid of urinating...
Use the muscles that you use to stop and start urination. Do that 10 times a day for a minute or two at a time.
It also helps improve orgasms.
Do this daily and in a few weeks you will start to notice a difference.

I have heard of women who have beared children that they do Kegel exercises to help with strengthening the vaginal walls. Kegel exercises can be done on your own by just contracting you vaginal muscles or done with equipment so to speak. And honestly, if it's feeling the same (and as well) for you and your partner I wouldn't let it get to you. Im sure they will love you just the same.

Here's a blip from Wiki:

Sexual function
Regular Kegel exercise can also increase sexual pleasure for women and their partners.[citation needed] After childbirth, practicing pelvic floor contractions during vaginal sex will allow the woman immediate feedback from her partner, who can tell her whether they can feel her muscles tightening. A newly postpartum woman - who has yet to return to sexual intercourse - can retrain her pelvic floor muscles to their pre-pregnancy strength and tone by inserting two or three fingers into her vagina and squeezing them with pelvic floor contractions.

Huh ? I have been with many women who have had more than one child and are tighter than ***** hat band while others with no children ......... well you could drive a Jeep in there.
Exercises and or use powdered Alum can be bought at the feed store. Has a contracting agent for cuts gashes and such on livestock. Totally safe. Prostitutes used it in the late 1800's

Do some kegel exercises. Basically, you are squeezing your vaginal muscles and holding them( like when you have to pee really badly and there is no bathroom avail.). You do several reps. Very easy to do and you can do them anywhere. Here is a site to go to learn. them:http://www.childbirth.org/articles/kegel.html

something that helps too is just to be silly and do some belly dancing...you dont have to be a belly dancer but (sounds funny) but gyrate in circles...its a workout but it works...you can do the vagina tightening exercises but idk how much that works...but try that...also a way that makes it feel tighter during sex is, if your on the bottom or in most positions try to make like a suction with your vagina...dont hurt him but use your muscles to suction youll feel like its in your diaphragm...if your doing it right he will sure to let you know

maybe exercises like thigh master or something that could tighten the muscles in the groin area might help a little. Otherwise, i'm not really sure.
