It wasn't me, but when a friend of mine was 13 years old and living in Arizona, a girl his same age dared him to strip. He did, and her mother saw it and called the police. The police said "no big deal, it'll probably blow over... just stick around for 3 weeks." 5 years later, when he was 18 and living in Illinois, a deputy asked to see his ID and checked for warrants. It came back that he had a warrant in Arizona. He ended up spending 8 months in jail and has to register as a sex offender (on probation / Interstate Compact in Illinois) for 10 years. True story. All because he took his clothes off during a game of truth or dare when he was 13.
