lets say last night, i was abducted b yaliens and was put in a virtual reality to live out the rest of my life. and all of this is an illusion including the answerers to my question and everything else etc.

dont give a weak argument like "well if that was true how would i be answering" because obviousely i dont know if YOU exist. is there any way to show this idea false logicaly and rationaly? and argue from an objective and logical point of view

If you don't know any body else exists, why are you asking?

you said you wasn't in part reality so you can say it was a dream but I beg to differ basically life is an illusion I know what your asking you did a pretty good job you just feel like how do we know we exist when all this can just be a mirage like are we real. life long question I ask myself everyday why are we here how did we get here do you ever wonder how the government would like to know about other planets having other lives but what the point if we having war or earth do you think they just wanna go out there to have planet war and what if they already going on I feel you The more I know the less I know,

A virtual world would have to have been created by the aliens. How did they choose this particular world for you to experience? Did they tap into your memories and base it on those? If answering and asking questions on Yahoo was part of your original world it would be part of your memory and therefore would also exist in the virtual world which they copied and which we are all a part of.

You must be taking some really good acid, dude.
Everyone from Roswell knows there aren't any aliens left. They landed here many moons ago. We ate the ones that were killed in the crash, because we were short of meat, and they taste just like chicken, so we killed and ate all the rest of them. If there aren't any left, because we ate them all, they could not have abducted you, like you say. Probably just some *strange* college students trying to convince you to allow them a little probing of your posterior.

No, there's not. It's the essence of skepticism. Daniel Dennett has written quite a few interesting articles on the topic. Replace your aliens with God and you've got the Idealism of George Berkeley, who showed Idealism to be logically consistent (which means it doesn't lead to logical contradictions).

If you were in a virtual reality there would have to be a flaw in the programming somewhere. I would assume they could not account for every possible situation and would try something they would not expect. I suggest peeing your pants....if your momma spanks you, you are not in a virtual reality.
