Get Up.

No one enjoys seeing a klutz lying on the floor.

I am sure she has better things to do with the time you or your company is paying her for.

Sexual harassment is a very serious charge in this day and time. Your company manager should be able to explain this to you before you get yourself fired and sewed.

Just because you both share the same workspace and she behaves in a way that you can consider nice does not give you the right to take advantage of it.

Ask yourself this question, If she were not working for you and smiling because her professional conduct requires it would she have even noticed you on the street as a bum.

If so, Your in luck because after you loose your job and she has all your money you will get a chance to prove it.

If not, Stop fooling yourself before you do anything really stupid.

The words of your question: do you understand the concept of "falling" in this context?
It refers to either literally or as humorous & mockingly, a fall from the Grace of God. To do this, your relationship would have to be sinful or damaging. Is this your intent? Do you mean to damage yourself or her, as your question suggest?
As some of the previous letters hint, a relationship in the workplace is fraught with peril. The old saying is, "You don't (expletive) where you eat," meaning, you get your paycheck here. What could possibly happen as a result of this activity which could get you fired, get her fired, or take a huge hack out of the promotion ladder; " Ah, Mr. Jones, I see here in your personnel jacket that you have a history of dating women in the office... not in keeping with our new harassment management policy. We'll have to promote Jeffries instead."
Sooo, my point is, if you consider this feeling to be physical, then the risks are part of your game, which you mean to use to destroy your secretary for your ego. That sucks.
If you wish to develop a personal relationship, then sex is going to be a long time waiting to honor her.
Else, help her to earn a promotion to your level, then things are different - majors screwing majors has typically been overlooked (see M.A.S.H.-the movie or TV show).
If all of this seems like too much trouble, then it really is. If doing these things seem trivial when compared to your opinion of her, then they probably are worth trying to win her as a spouse.

Woman have a tendency to fall for men in position of authority, that is an effactuation, not love! If you are married, think, is this effactuation bigger than your love for your wife!
I can't tell you what to do, but even men enjoy the attention from younger woman, but is she really worth throwing it all away. The choice is yours alone, for I can't get into your heart and mind. May the Lord help you!

Are you married? Then certainly stay away.

Frankly, I think you should arrange for her to be transferred to a different job or that you should get transferred. You're messing with your own future. You should never have a relationship with someone you supervise. It will come back to haunt you, and you could be fired over it, or she could sue if things go wrong. If she's in a different division, or you are, then you're safer. Certainly don't do anything on company time, and make sure no one knows.
