It's not actually any person that makes us feel he/she is creepy but I think it's more about the paranoia in our mind that makes us feel such.

um, trying to picture what a saw blade necklace would look like. whatever floats your boat. although, i would say that one guy with all the barbie heads all over his car is kinda creepy. yes, i've seen him on several occasions.

Fashion accessories never make a person creepy. Pleasuring yourself in front of somebody while they're talking to you is creepy.

1. If they say stuff that is either scary or weird
2. If they do weird actions or have behavior that is not normal
3. If they are mysterious in a way that no one know anything about hem

Its a vibe thing...you can pick up on a weird out of touch creepy vibe thing that some people give off.
