I'm thinking of buying a graphics card for my computer but i cant find the proper specs for the graphics card...
i no the power requirements(well the watts only) but i can't find the amount of amps on the +12 volt rail requirments.
SO CAN ANYONE HELP ME!!
by the way i'm currently using an integrated geforce 6150 (which sucks!)

The 8500GT draws up to about 3.5 amperes on the +12V rail. Your processor and its regulator circuit could draw 6 to 8 amperes. A power supply with 16 amps or higher on the +12V rail should be able to run your PC w/ the 8500GT installed.

As long as it has a PCI-Express slot (which I believe it does), then yes, you should definitely be able to put a GeForce 8500GT in it.

By the way, regarding your video card of choice, I highly recommend not getting any of the 8400/8500/8600 series, as they are very underperforming. The large 512MB of video RAM doesn't really help much.
Instead, you should get a GeForce 7950GT (at least $179), and it's many times faster than that 8500GT, but drops DX10 support. DX10 shouldn't matter though, since that 8500GT would be far too slow to be able to run DX10 graphics at a playable framerate.
If you really want DX10, the lowest I'd get would be the 8800GTS 320MB.
