Don't know if anyone signing the Constitution was hung, but Patrick Henry was. Remember his famous quote?

Lots of people were hung by the British as traitors during the American Revolutionary War. The mot famous is Patrick Henry who said, "Give me Liberty or give me Death." Right before he was hung.
The signers of the Declaration of Independence were in danger of getting hung and John Hancock knew it; that's why he signed his name so boldly, a statement against the British. Most of them protected themselves or made themselves scarce so the British couldn't arrest them.
The Constitution signers were safe; since the US Federal Constitution wasn't ratified until 4 years AFTER the Americans won the Revolutionary War. Prior to that time the US was ruled under the Articles of Confederation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Articles_of_Confederation).

Well since the Constitution was signed in 1787, 4 years after the revolutionary war ended that's pretty much impossible isn't it?
Addtional notes
Patrick Henry Died in 1799- and his quote was, " I know not course other men may take, but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!"
Nathan Hale was hanged and his last words were, "I only regret that I have but one life to lose for my country."
He was 21.

When using "hang" the way you have, it should be "hanged" rather than "hung". (I don't want you to get a bad grade or look bad in a presentation for class.)
