Like when a person begins having negative thoughts that they know not to be true, like if they look at picture that they know is beautiful, they begin to start questioning it's beauty, and worrying about not finding it beautiful. They start thinking they NEED help from someone else in order to overcome them asap, even though they contain enough info to fix the problem(if there is one) on their own. My question, is overthinking a form of false thinking? Something that play tricks with your mind?

Thank you.

Qverthinking means that you have a lot of unresolved issues especially in believing in yourself. If you know you have the answer and still is not convinced this says a lot about your need to be heard and understood. Maybe your parents have never shown recognition towards you. But your condition isn't fatal. Just pick an answer and stick to it no matter what. What you say, and what you know IS valuable.
I sense an inferiority complex

I believe you are doing it now! Keep it simple, if you are hurting let it pass ask GOD for some peace, and acceptance, move on, wear love like a loose garment, easier said than done! Don't try and replace someone with someone else, to try and get over your pain, because you are setting yourself up for even greater pain, if not yourself someone else.

Often "over thinking" can lead us astray. A basic scientific precept known as "Occam's Razor" addresses this problem.
"All things being equal...the simplest answer is the one most apt to be true". I hope that helps.
