Bratz will not license any patterns, because they want you to buy the clothes from them. As the poster above says, you can sometimes find bootleg pattern makers (until they get caught) but they are just using patterns sized to fit any 10-inch doll.

I was surprised that the major pattern companies didn't have them yet, but it took a while for them to offer items in "American Girl" sizing, so, if not for this Christmas, perhaps for next.

I purchased a few basic outfits, then used them for the patterns. Some I actually cut apart, but for the most part, I just traced around them. Later I found few at a garage sale. Didn't feel quite so bad about cutting them apart.
