We probably are being watched. All those UFO sightings but they are not here to kill us, they are simply fascinated by us and our minds. So don't freak out were fine we probably would have been attacked by now since we have evolved so much. Now if it were all a dream then damn every second for this person is at least a century in our time. It's okay we are almost totally ready for anything ready to throw at us.
