When all we want is to just watch the game with out millions of question.

lol. I am sorry, but i am a female and people think of me that way when i want to just sit and watch the game. My mom calls wanting to just gab and than invite my friends over and all its is " why did he make that call. huh a shotgun..they have guns (yes someone did ask me that) i tell people not to call me when the game is on and if they want to come over, you better be quiet when the game is on. They think i am selfish. come on, i work hard all week and Sat is the day i get to just sit and enjoy the game.

Because they don't understand how important are the intricate nuances and technicalities of team sports. What if something happens that we've never seen before LIVE. For me it was Doug Flutie's drop kick. I'm a Dolphins fan but I missed that game, I was at work, so I'm not blaming a female. It's just the opportunity of something amazing happening.

Because here we are, trying to understand and be involved in something that that consumes you to the point of missing out on anything else that might be happening by asking a few little questions and we get our heads bitten off!

because we are telling them we are better off without them...even though we are only saying this is true DURING the game....I think they don't get the "DURING the game" part

because you should be more intrigued with what your wife/girlfriend is saying then the television.
it makes her feel un intresting.
