I wouldn't associate it with teething if she's actually vomiting. I also doubt that it's related to jet lag, but I would definitely contact your pediatrician since it has already been a couple of days. She could have a hernia or similar esophageal problem that is causing her to gag and return her food. While she hasn't lost weight yet, and continues to void and move her bowels regularly, it's best to contact a physician to catch any problems before they begin.

Could be teething, and it can go on for a while. As long as she is still willing to take some food, bottle or otherwise and she is still filling her nappies, and is generally well, then I don't think you need to worry. My son used to do the same thing when he was a year old, and he was unable to keep any solid food down without projectile vomiting it everywhere.
He's eighteen months now and he's fine, so don't panic.
If you just would like some reassurance then book an appointment with your health visitor.

My niece started to do this when she was a very small baby and the docs put it down to REFLUX. She was given some Gaviscon to put into her liquid feeds and advice given ie... wind for a little longer, don't lie flat etc and that really seemed to perk her up. Your baby sounds like it could be that. I would whole heartedly reccomend (from one mother to another) that you pop along to the docs. Don't worry about wasting their time, it's what they're there for and if it gives you a little piece of mind it was worth it!!
Would like to know the outcome... i hope your baby is ok... and good luck!!!

I would check this out with your doctor. It could be nothing - a tummy bug, a sensitive gag reflex (my 10 month old son has one of these) etc but it is best not to take chances. Teething should not cause vomiting.

She may be taking in too much- too quickly. Give her couple minute "breaks" to allow her to burp or her stomach to settle, before you resume her feeding...
