You can't block them all. Disable your pop up blocker, and see what happens. It might not even be working.

To be rid of the malware, after you have installed the scanning programs listed below, be sure to update them.
A security program is only effective if it updated with the latest definitions. Updating will help provide protection against the most recently introduced security threats.

Run at least one, preferably two

Ad-Aware

if you're using ie you might want to consider switching to firefox. it has a better popup blocker. if that doesn't help, something must be installed into your computer without you knowing.

Internet Explorer 7, Firefox, and Opera have perfectly good built in pop-up blockers. They must be enabled to work. After they are enabled pop-ups should be rare.

IE7 : Tools > pop up blocker > turn on
Firefox: Tools > options > content >Check "block pop up windows
Opera: Tools > Quick Preferences > Block unwanted pop-ups

If you get more than 3 pop ups per day with the browser pop up blocker enabled, you are infected with malware. If you follow all the following steps it should get rid of your problem and prevent future problems. All programs listed are free.
