Sorry no storks. What actually happens is aliens come down from space and make babys out of genetic specimens they have collected from all over the universe. Then they randomly choose a woman and abduct her in to their spaceship and place the baby in her tummy. Then they play World of Warcraft until the new mommy wakes up. Usually the new mommy wakes up after you reach lvl 40-45. then they decide whether the baby will be a human, nightelve, undead, etc. Really though, if you are a nine year and this is a real question, ASK your PARENTS!!!!! but your not.

Are you truly a child of a stork? What did you use to type your question in , Ask you parents to tell you the story of the one who flew over the coo-coos nest.

It is sad when a child has to find out the great facts about living in this world from same-age peers and not their own parents. I think you need to sit your parents down and let them know that you want to hear things from them since they know more. Many parents get scared, for some reason, by this topic. Personally, as a parent of kids ranging from almost 15 to 4 years in age, I can't understand it. It has never been a problem for me to talk to my kids about whatever they wanted to talk about in an age-appropriate manner. It hurts me to see kids wondering and seeking answers in the wrong places. I would be honest with you but I think that is always best coming from your parents. You may just have to coax them, though. Frankly, my oldest knew terms at age five that some kids don't know at age 12. One day, my baby sister told my son who was five at the time that she had a baby in her tummy. He gave her a silly look and calmy corrected her, "Aunt Jane, you don't have a baby in your tummy. Its in your uterus." I used true terms with my kids because of an experience I had as a preschool teacher BEFORE I had kids. I was pregnant with my first child and a 4-year old came up to me and asked me if I had a baby in my tummy. I just answered yes to him. He paused and looked terribly uncomfortable. Finally he asked me if I loved my baby. I was so surprised by such a question and quickly answered, "YES!" Then he suddenly got his nerve and blurted out, "Then why did you EAT him??" Since that horrific day, I have vowed to just talk plainly and not be nervous about any question my kids ask. However, please be patient with your parents. They may not realise that they can't talk to you like a little girl anymore or you will be a mother before you understand how it happened. They may need some encouragement from you. No, they may need a LOT of encouragement from you!
Now go and tell your parents those (true) stories I told you and ask them what it all means. That may be a great conversation starter for a topic that may be very hard for your folks to breech.

look honey i dont know if you know about sex but a man and a woman have sex and if it's unpertected they become pregnent and 9 months later the baby will come out of the vagina just like you unless the woman needs a c-section then in that case the woman will go in the operating room and they will get ready to cut her belly wide open and take the baby out. and if you dont understand this you need to talk to your parents
