No, once you get divorced by decree of divorce issued by the 'Family Court of competent jurisdiction' which has not been revered by any higher court in appeal or revision as the case may & the period of such appeal or revision as the case may be has been passed thereby making such a decree of divorce legally binding on both of you, but even if you continue to stay together you will not be considered legally married unless you remarry once again with each other by proper, necessary marriage ceremonies applicable to both of you by the competent person or official capable & legally authorized to perform the marriage according to the form of marriage applicable to both of you. This is the legal position applicable to any persons who got divorced but continue to stay together as married couple.

To be married, you have to get married. No, you're not legally married to an ex unless you go through the wedding ceremony again....but beware! This hardly EVER works out!! Don't forget...there was a reason you got divorced in the first place!

Once those divorce papers are signed & filed in court, they are legal & binding. I'm sure you have a copy of the final stamped "sealed" divorce papers. The only way you are going to make it legal again is to go thru what you did the first time & make it legal again. Just MAKE SURE if you do, it's really what you want to do. I would wait until you're really SURE this time & it's just not on a whim. You wouldn't want to make the same mistake twice & have to go thru it all again. I'd just wait for awhile & MAKE SURE it's really what you do want to do. Sometimes we're inclined to get along better w/o that "legal binding" piece of paper. Why I don't know, but it just sometimes has a way of changing things.

No. Plain and simple. If you get divorced and the paperwork is finished.... doesn't matter if you live with them 2 or 3 years. Common law usually goes into affect in some states after 5+... it takes a while.

Probably not, unless you have some sort of common law marriage law. Check with your state about common law, and even then if you want to truly be married, go to the courthouse and get married again.

Once you sign papers, that's it-divorce is final and accepted by the court. I know of 2 couples who later on did remarry their ex-spouse, and had to reapply for the license all over again.
One couple says they were married for 3 years, divorced, and remarried again 2 years later.

there is NO magic wand waved above your heads that you can not see , you can not turn back the clock and say hey presto we're now legally married again.NO.
In order to be legally married you need to go through all the rigmarole and have the wedding ceremony and sign the appropriate paperwork. You may be commonlaw married but thats it and according to the many thats still not legally binding.

no, dork. you need to go thru the steps again. (very few states have common law marriage anymore and all of them take more than being together for longer than 1yr. to count as such)
