How far can one go before he is considered to be a slacker and jokster when he's at the college level?

I joke around a lot. i manage to get my work done but its always mediocre in some subjects and really good in others. Is there something wrong about the way I behave. I also procrastinate what can i do to help that?

You prefer to not try and fail than try hard and then risk failing anyway. It's easier on your ego. To avoid procrastination, read, "Eat That Frog."
